Wolves Whiskey was the first client to hand us the keys. California's inaugural luxury whiskey brand came to us in 2024 with a stagnant feed, repetitive imagery, and a visual identity that wasn't keeping pace with their ambitions. We saw the opportunity to test something nobody in the category was doing yet — a fully AI-enhanced content system built around the whiskey's California terroir, brand aesthetic, and target audience lifestyle. This was early days: pre-Nano Banana, deep in the Midjourney era, when AI people were still a liability. So we built around it — leaning into landscape, product, and atmosphere, and when humans were needed, we made it work convincingly enough that nobody questioned it. The result was a three-pillar visual system that generated an entire annual content calendar at a fraction of traditional production cost, without sacrificing the premium feel the brand demanded. The numbers followed: 163% surge in page impressions, 120% increase in post engagement, 75.6% jump in engagement rate — all organic, all from content that repositioned Wolves as a visually compelling category contender. This campaign didn't just solve a content problem. It proved the model. Everything Ford Media Lab has built since — the Studio-to-Server pipeline, the AI-hybrid methodology, the world-building approach — has roots in what we figured out with Wolves Whiskey.
